The new Capsule Collection for summer 2023
The positive vibes and free spirit of the 70s are ready to be released in Summer 2023. Bringing them to the new season will be the Été-à -Porter Capsule Collection by Pennyblack, in collaboration with Madame Pauline Vintage.
The star of the collection is a high-impact print. A mix of flowers and stripes - a recurring, defining theme for Pennyblack - is interpreted in a Seventies key with stylised features. Available in two colourways, it is enriched with a wavy trim and gathering that creates movement and airy volumes. The pattern unfolds on a long dress with a crisscross design and on a mini dress that reveals the shoulders, on a maxi ruffle skirt, palazzo trousers and shorts, a bowling shirt and a blouse with puffed sleeves. All in very fresh, crisp cotton poplin, complemented by a themed T-shirt. To mix and match freely.
To celebrate its debut, on Tuesday 18 April a presentation event was held at the Milan Pennyblack flagship store, with DJ set and cocktail in conjunction with the opening of Milan Design Week 2023.
Guest of the event also the artist and illustrator Francesco Poroli who created an artwork on one of the walls of the store inspired by the theme of the capsule, visible until June 30 also in augmented reality through the app Aria.
