Our values
Max Mara, Italian fashion since 1951.
With the drawing of this Love and the voice of this Calling
we shall not cease from exploration
and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive where we started
and know the place for the first time.
Thomas S. Eliot
Commitment, sense of belonging, entrepreneurship, managerial skills are the main values on which Max Mara's success is founded. All this has allowed passion, innovation and creativity in the women's fashion sector to express itself and continuously develop within precise style identities.
To support the development and growth Max Mara has chosen to invest in young people. Graduates and school leavers who come to work in the companies of the Group are our investment in the future. In-company and on the field training but not only this; through the Giulia Maramotti Foundation vocational training courses are organised dedicated to the different professional roles of the fashion world: from the style sector to modelling and technical design.
The Max Mara Group takes part in important partnerships with schools and universities related to the fashion sector and other fields; the idea is to transfer our enthusiasm and passion to youngsters and to give them the opportunity to be part of our world through work placements, and project work, to prepare them for a possible entry in one of the Group's companies.

Marina Rinaldi accessories are the stars of the new season. A luxury chic mood that is expressed in the choice of quality leathers and in the unmistakeable designs that make each accessory a master piece.
From the croco-bag, true icon of autumn-winter, moving onto the new models of clutch bag and not forgetting the range of hot and furry gloves: ideal for giving a touch of warmth to winter looks.
