Our values
Max Mara, Italian fashion since 1951.
With the drawing of this Love and the voice of this Calling
we shall not cease from exploration
and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive where we started
and know the place for the first time.
Thomas S. Eliot
Commitment, sense of belonging, entrepreneurship, managerial skills are the main values on which Max Mara's success is founded. All this has allowed passion, innovation and creativity in the women's fashion sector to express itself and continuously develop within precise style identities.
To support the development and growth Max Mara has chosen to invest in young people. Graduates and school leavers who come to work in the companies of the Group are our investment in the future. In-company and on the field training but not only this; through the Giulia Maramotti Foundation vocational training courses are organised dedicated to the different professional roles of the fashion world: from the style sector to modelling and technical design.
The Max Mara Group takes part in important partnerships with schools and universities related to the fashion sector and other fields; the idea is to transfer our enthusiasm and passion to youngsters and to give them the opportunity to be part of our world through work placements, and project work, to prepare them for a possible entry in one of the Group's companies.

New store Max Mara in Milan
New Store Max Mara, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Milan: 1400 square metres distributed over four floors, for a multi-sensorial shopping set in a surprising, playful environment.
The path the shopper is led along has a rhythmic step which focuses on the art of surprise, accentuated by the vertical layout.
An imposing burnished copper helical stairway with an oak lining strongly characterises the space with its imposing and sinuous profile, and is the strongest element in terms of visual impact.
Marella Spring-Summer 2010
Côte d’Azur inspired Marella Spring 2010 collection: glam reinterpretation of maritime details, sailor prints and stripes.
Marella, bon chic bon genre.
