Library
Max Mara’s Library – in operation since 2005 – is a place where we collect specialist materials focusing mainly on the fashion industry and is used by the company’s creative staff as a tool for researching and consulting the latest trends.
The Library has more than 3,000 volumes from the fashion industry and visual arts, over 300 current magazines and more than 10,000 rare magazines from the past, starting from the beginning of the 20th century to today.
Most of the materials are in an open stack and can be consulted directly; there are 16 reading desks for visitors to the library – many with a computer - and a specific reference service is provided for research.
